These are great for those warm days when you just need something to cool you down. And conveniently, they will help you reach your protein targets too!
Makes 4 serves
1/4 cup skim milk (of your choice)
1 cup low fat yoghurt
35ml sugar free maple syrup
1 tspn cinnamon
20g vanilla whey
1. Place your oats in a blender and pulse to turn to oat flour.
2. Add the skim milk and let the oats soak up the liquid for about 10mins.
3. Add all of the other ingredients and stir/blend.
4. pour into popsicle molds and put in the freezer for approximately 3hours minimum
